Nominations will be accepted for those who graduated from the Summerville Union High School District at least 5 years ago and will be accepted from all district alumni as well as community members and staff. Nomination Forms are available at the Summerville Union High School District web site (summbears.net), in the school office, and also at the Summerville High School Foundation web site summervillefoundation.org.
