Summerville High School Foundation has a need for volunteers several times during the school year. In August we visit the school with our big tent at the New Student BBQ, and at Back to School Night in September. We also do an annual fundraiser called the “Feed the Bears” dinner/auction. Read more

In July 2010 the Foundation contributed $40,000 towards the new seating in the Summerville High School theater which cost a total of  $145,000 for 324 padded theater seats that fold away on telescoping risers.  The Foundation continues to support improvements to the theater complex filling Bear Grants for new lighting, Read more
The sports complex was our major long-term project. The cost for an all-weather track, stadium seating and lighting was approximately $3 Million.
